  • Adopting a report - in 2012 - containing praise of Gaddafi's Libya
  • Doing business with "post-Gaddafi" diplomats - who were also Gaddafi's diplomats
  • Doing nothing after the "new" Libya rejects all recommendations to improve human rights made by Israel - and only Israel
  • Doing nothing after the "new" Libya rejects anything "in conflict" with Islam, customs and culture
