UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Louise Arbour, doesn't know if the U.K. boycott drive uniquely directed at the Jewish state and its citizens violates human rights. Arbour "would "neither support nor denounce" the boycott drive, and she declined to answer a question on whether academic boycotts violate the right to free speech, which is enshrined in the U.N. charter."
