On Monday, November 16, 2015, UN Human Rights Council special rapporteur on the human rights in the "occupied Palestinian territories," Makarim Wibisono, and special rapporteur on summary executions, Christof Heyns, issued a press release slandering Israel with the accusation of "executing" Palestinians while describing the murder of Rabbi Litman and Netanel Litman this way: "Further fatalities, Israeli and Palestinian, were reported last Friday and over the weekend."
