Law enforcement officer search a residential area after the shooting, December 2, 2015

"Investigators think that as the San Bernardino, California, massacre was happening, female shooter Tashfeen Malik posted a pledge of allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi on Facebook, three U.S. officials familiar with the investigation told CNN.

Malik's post was made on an account with a different name, one U.S. official said. The officials did not explain how they knew Malik made the post.

A law enforcement official said it appeared that Wednesday's mass shooting -- which left 14 people dead and 21 wounded before the two attackers, Malik and her husband, Syed Rizwan Farook, were killed in a shootout with police -- may have been inspired by ISIS.

But none of the officials said that ISIS directed or ordered the attack. ISIS has called for people worldwide to launch attacks in its name, but isn't known to have claimed credit for what happened in San Bernardino.

'This is looking more and more like self-radicalization,' a law enforcement official said..."

The car of a Palestinian who rammed into two soldiers in a terror attack in the West Bank

A Palestinian driver careened into two Israeli soldiers north of Ramallah on Friday afternoon in a suspected terror attack, inflicting minor injuries.

The driver was shot and killed at the scene of the incident, which occurred near the West Bank village of Silwad. The terrorist was named as Anes Hamad, 21 from Silwad, according to Channel 10.

Magen David Adom paramedics treated the two soldiers, both around 20 years old. They were evacuated to Jerusalem's Shaare Zedek Medical Center for treatment.

The car-ramming attack took place just hours after a Palestinian stabbed and moderately injured an Israeli near the Palestinian village of Abud in the West Bank.

The suspected Palestinian attacker was shot dead at the scene of the incident, the IDF said in a statement. He was later identified as Abdel Rahman Barghouti, 26, a Palestinian resident of Abud.

Initial reports indicated that one of the victims was an 20-year-old male who suffered a stab wound to the upper torso and was being treated by IDF medics.

Magen David Adom paramedics arrived at the scene of the incident, east of Tel Aviv in the West Bank. An IDF ambulance evacuated him to Tel Hashomer Medical Center in moderate to serious condition.

Later Friday afternoon, an Israeli girl was lightly wounded when the car she was traveling in was pelted by rocks thrown by Palestinian near Neve Tsuf, a settlement north of Ramallah in the West Bank.

Shortly before 5 p.m., shots were fired at an IDF vehicle driving along the Gaza Strip border. According to Israeli media outlets, the vehicle was hit but the soldiers inside were unharmed.

Security forces gather at the site of the Gush Etzion stabbing attack on Dec. 1

A man was lighty wounded in a stabbing attack at the Gush Etzion junction in the West Bank on Tuesday morning.

A police spokeswoman said the Palestinian assailant was shot dead as he wielded a knife in the attempted stabbing and a bystander was lightly hurt from a stray bullet fired by an Israeli officer securing the location.

The attack took place just before 8 A.M. Magen David Adom received a report about an attempted stabbing attack at the Gush Etzion junction, and MDA paramedics arrived at the scene and evacuated the casualty, who suffered a wound to his hand, to Hadassah University Hospital on Jerusalem's Mount Scopus.

Only 10 minutes later, a man aged about 25 was lightly wounded in the Beit Israel neighborhood in Jerusalem. MDA paramedics treated the man, who sustained wounds to his upper body. The circumstances of the incident are not yet clear, but the man said he was stabbed by an Arab man. Security forces are searching the area for a suspect.

Later Tuesday morning, a Palestinian woman was found near the settlement of Efrat with a knife in her bag. She was taken in for questioning. In a separate, fourth, incident, a Palestinian woman was shot as she attempted to stab an Israel Defense Forces officer near the checkpoint at the West Bank settlement of Einav. The woman later died.

Tuesday's attack was not the first to take place at the Gush Etzion junction in the latest round of violence. Last week, 22-year-old Hadar Buchris was killed in a stabbing attack at the site.

United Nations General Assembly (file photo)

"The UN General Assembly has the tiresome habit of almost always being wrong. No one expected the 193-member international organization to be the pinnacle of political wisdom, but few had thought it would become base clay.

It showed its habitual lack of balance and its persistent prejudice once again on November 19, 2015 when it passed six Resolutions on the Middle East, none of which addressed the real outstanding problems, Islamist terrorism, the continuing advance of ISIS, or the ongoing slaughter in the civil war in Syria...

Instead, there were the customary repetitive resolutions with only one objective, criticism or condemnation of Israel. Rather than forwarding the prospects for peace between Israel and the Palestinians, the resolutions make it virtually impossible because of the one sided hostility against Israel.

A few of the six can be considered. One resolution on Jerusalem was passed by a vote of 153 to 7 with 8 abstentions. It declared that any actions by Israel to impose its jurisdiction on Jerusalem were illegal, and called on Israel to stop all such measures. It implicitly accepted the Palestinian falsehood, its Narrative of Victimhood, by indirectly indicting Israel and calling for respect for the historic status quo at Jerusalem's Holy Places, especially the Haram al-Shariff or Temple Mount, as if Israel was harming it.. The UNGA forgot it was the Palestinians who were using the Mosque as the center for aggressive action. The UN also said nothing about the Palestinian absurd assertion that the Western Wall was part of the al-Aqsa Mosque, thereby denying the link of the Jewish people with its holy sites...

The conclusion can only be that these UN resolutions are a stumbling block in the way of achieving a just, comprehensive, and lasting peace in the Middle East. Anyone genuinely interested in the peace process between Israel and the Palestinians should call for the cessation of these resolutions that inflame hostility towards Israel and prevent the resumption of peace talks."
