UN Press Release on final day of the annual session of the UN's top women's rights body reads: "The Secretary-General welcomes the outcome of the fifty-seventh session of the Commission on the Status of Women..." On Friday, March 15th CSW adopted only one resolution condemning a state for violating women's rights - anywhere in the world. Israel - for violating the rights of Palestinian women. Apparently, welcoming news to the highest echelons of the UN.
