The UN Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People sponsors the annual International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People on the anniversary of November 29, 1947. On that date the UN General Assembly adopted the resolution partitioning "Palestine" into a Jewish and an Arab state. Every year, the Committee marks the UN's original two-state decision by banishing the flag of Israel.

UN Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People

The UN Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People was created on the same day as the infamous Zionism-is-racism resolution and intended to implement its antisemitic message. Though the Z=R resolution was formally rescinded by the General Assembly in 1991, the Committee which was intended to implement that message is still going strong.
